PLEASE NOTE: The "One Year Self Pricing" package is our default package and allows you to use all the extras and features availabe in the system, creating your own price. At our Cottage Portal site we offer you a discounted system for a personal website, created from the materials you place on VacaProperty.com.

Here, unlike other services, when you want extras you pay only for what you use. Check us out against the competition, you'll find our current pricing is very competitive plus we don't run Search Engine Ads drawing your traffic away from your ad. All claimed traffic here, comes for Vacation Properties (vacaproperty.com) only, not for another province or country or region that are delivered through search engine ads that competitors use. Search engine ads, on your page, will hit your ad counter and then leave making you believe they were there for you? Only our clients, you and your neighbours, can advertise on our sites.

Making Your Payment

• We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress and PayPal.
• All payments are made through PayPal, a SECURE server.
• You do NOT need a PayPal account for credit card orders.
• Once you are ready to check out of our cart simply click on the Submit to PayPal button.
• On PayPal select "Don't have a PayPal Account" it takes you to the SECURE credit card area.
• Securely fill in your credit card details as you would elsewhere and it is all taken care of.
• Your ad, with all features enabled, is up and running once the payment submission is completed.

Recomendations

• Better Placement and/or Featured Listing will get you found earlier.
• YouTube Video (s) if you have them, nothing speaks louder about a property than video.
• A minimum of 4 photos, waterfront, building with lot, living area and kitchen.
• Photos of special features, sleeping areas, nearby attractions and such helps.
• We currently offer embedded Google maps, but that MAY need to be removed as per Google's New Policies for 2013.

• 10,000 characters of text, equals approximately 2,000 words
• "My Account" pages allow you to edit your account settings any time you wish...day or night
• "Messaging System" gives you the ability to communicate with sellers directly from this site without having to open up your email client. If the seller replies to your message through the Message system, that message will be stored on this site for you to retrieve later
• "Advanced Search" page allows you to narrow your search or expand your search to meet your exact specifications.
• "Contact Seller" link is explicitly located on each listing page for your buyers to contact you directly with any questions they may have concerning your listing. the listing title and id is automatically included in the message that is sent for quick reference
• "Featured Listing" status gives your listing some additional exposure at the top of all browse listing pages.
• "Better Placement" feature gives your listing priority (higher placement within table) over other listings within that same category.
• "Bolding" feature bolds the text in your listing and changes the background color for additional attention.
• NOTE: the photo limit is set to 24. If need more, email us prior to listing.
